• Corporate bonds, including bonds issued by listed companies / non-listed companies on the stock exchange, corporate bonds issued publicly (large and small public offerings) and non-public corporate bonds (various private placement bonds), and corporate bonds approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, various debt financing instruments of the dealers association, special bonds of the Ministry of Finance, and the debt financing plan of the Beijing Financial Exchange;

• Listed companies, including compliance of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, domestic IPO-related services, the NEEQ listing and issuance related services, asset restructuring of NEEQ-listed companies, overseas IPO-related services, equity repurchase of listed companies and NEEQ-listed companies, equity incentive plans of listed companies and NEEQ-listed companies, and employee stock ownership plans;

• Reply to the inquiry letter and concern letter of the exchange or regulatory authorities;

• Establishment, major alteration, dissolution and termination of securities companies and their branches.
